It has a role, and the role is the boundary:
Role-scoped sight. It sees only the channels its role allows — configure it exactly like you'd configure a moderator.
Server-scoped memory. What it learns in your server stays in your server — no cross-server bleed.
Suggests, doesn't swing. Mod-adjacent actions are flagged to humans; it reports, your mods decide.
Kick = revoke. Remove it like any member, or revoke the OAuth grant. Either ends everything.

Add via OAuth. Pick the server, approve the scopes — the same flow as every bot your mods have vetted.
Give it a role. Choose its channels like you would for any new member. Start narrow.
